Fees - All fees are printed on end of term letters and invoices.  They are payable in advance by cash or cheque.  Please pay at the beginning of each term for either full term or half term.  10% discount applies if you do more than one style of dance class each week or you have a second child at the school. Discounts will not apply on fees paid after the 2nd week of term.  Fees paid by half term are slightly more expensive.

How to pay - Please send payment in a named sealed envelope.  This can be cheque or cash.  Please include the invoice.  Write your child's name on the back of your cheque.  You are welcome to pay for one trial class with no obligation to join the school.

Registration - All students must fill out a registration form.  If your address or telephone number changes please let us know so we can update our records.

Personal Belongings – Libby Battaglia cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any personal items belonging to students or parents or guardians.

Dance Studio Etiquette - Please wear correct dance clothing and shoes.  There is a uniform price list.  No outdoor shoes are allowed in the dance studio as this creates dirt and dust that destroys the floor.  Please tie hair off the face. No watches/necklaces/bracelets/rings are to be worn in the studio. Small ear studs are acceptable.

Arrival and Collection - Please make sure your child is brought to class 10 minutes before the class begins and picked up on time.

Viewing Classes - At the end of one term throughout the year there is an “Open Class” and all parents are invited to observe classes.

Tuition Periods - Each term is typically 12 weeks.  This usually coincides with a school term with breaks at half-term, Easter, Summer and Christmas.

Touch Policy - I operate a “hands on” teaching policy and it is essential that you as a parent inform me if you do not want me to touch your child during my classes.

Behaviour – Students should conduct themselves in an acceptable manner.  Any inappropriate behaviour will be discussed with parents and Libby Battaglia reserves the right to exclude students without a refund.
